Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end accounting focused on RTR, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
  • •Implement and deploy actions for internal control environment, ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley and statutory compliance and safeguarding plant assets.
  • •Drive quality culture and process improvements using automation systems and quality tools (e.g., BPI, EBE).
  • •Regularly review controls and govern standard processes aligned to globally defined SSC processes.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders and the Accounting Manager, develop customer-facing KPIs, and oversee service delivery including service level management, documentation, reporting, and audit trails.

Key Requirements

  • •Accounting degree (CA), MBA-Finance, or B.Com (Accounting) with required experience, plus 6-8 years of accounting experience.
  • •End-to-end process knowledge for GL/FA with strong understanding of OTC and PTP covering overall accounting.
  • •Proficiency with MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • •Good experience with Oracle R12 and MFGPro (ERP).
  • •Working knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Hyperion, OBIEE, ENCORE, RADAR, and DFT.
