Key Responsibilities

•Lead and improve operational workflows across onboarding, implementation, customer success, and product operations
•Define, track, and report on KPIs across key business and operational functions
•Identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes to improve speed, quality, and customer outcomes
•Translate operational needs into product requirements, MVPs, internal tools, and automation workflows
•Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize improvements based on customer and operations feedback

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 150,000 annually

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
•Experience in operations, product operations, sales operations, implementation, or customer success operations
•Proven project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and track initiatives
•Experience leading operations teams or owning operational KPIs
