Drive store sales by delivering an exceptional, mission-aligned guest experience through genuine connection and product education. Build daily client relationships, resolve customer needs quickly, and help create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. Lead ALO Flow initiatives, support sales floor coverage, and partner with leadership to analyze reports and execute action plans. Handle shipment processing, visual merchandising, replenishment, and ensure front- and back-of-house procedures follow company policy.
