Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and support ground operations and M&E safety by reviewing operational data and safety reports specific to the ground and maintenance area.
  • •Assist in implementing the Safety Management System (SMS) within ground operations and M&E.
  • •Conduct preliminary investigations into ground-related safety incidents and support root cause analysis with senior staff.
  • •Coordinate with ground operations and M&E teams to ensure timely submission and follow-up of safety reports.
  • •Support safety training, briefings, and safety promotion activities for ground operations and M&E personnel, and assist with compliance monitoring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Aeronautical Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience in aviation safety, ground operations, or maintenance & engineering.
  • •Experience assisting in investigations and supporting root cause analysis for ground-related safety incidents.
  • •Strong knowledge of SMS and safety compliance within ground operations and maintenance & engineering.
  • •SMS Certificate is preferred.
