Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day bus transportation operations and oversee safe TMP operations at Fort Sill.
  • •Ensure scheduling, dispatching, vehicle maintenance support, and passenger movement are executed safely and effectively per regulations, contract requirements, and SOPs.
  • •Recruit, train, evaluate, and supervise bus drivers, substitute drivers, and bus aids; conduct driver check rides and post-accident road tests.
  • •Maintain accurate vehicle, driver qualification, and equipment records; investigate and report accidents within 30 minutes with required documentation and SF-91 completion.
  • •Coordinate daily with the Government and TMP customers; conduct weekly safety meetings and maintain daily/weekly reimbursable spreadsheets, budgets, and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in transportation or motor pool operations.
  • •Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A/B with Passenger Endorsement required.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Working knowledge of Army transportation regulations and safety programs.
  • •Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening; obtain and maintain a CAC.
