Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and scale next-generation FX platform services using an RFC process, influencing platform architecture.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery by partnering with Product and Operations from discovery through production rollout.
  • •Refactor and modernize legacy workflows to reduce technical debt and improve high-throughput performance.
  • •Operate and maintain services under a “you build it, you run it” model, including deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
  • •Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and drive best practices in continuous integration and automated testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience building complex backend systems; Python is the primary stack, with strong OOP backgrounds in Java, C#, or Go welcome.

  • •Hands-on DevOps/automation experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
  • •Strong engineering standards, including unit/integration testing and clean architecture.
  • •Background in FinTech or regulated financial environments, including multi-currency transactions and core accounting principles.
