Vans: Supervisor - South Shore Mall

Lead day-to-day operations at a Vans retail store by supporting the leadership team, delivering exceptional customer engagement, and coaching associates. Drive sales by monitoring key performance indicators and supporting individual and store goals. Oversee store standards, opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, merchandising, and stockroom processes while helping maintain inventory integrity and loss prevention. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
