Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
  • •Enforce site safety rules; handle site accidents in line with accident protocol and support incident reporting and resolution.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • •Maintain employee attendance records and evaluate performance to institute disciplinary measures as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience in civil construction projects.
  • •3 years relevant working experience; 2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline (Mechanical/Electrical).
  • •Strong understanding of construction principles, structural engineering, building codes, and construction materials.
  • •Proficiency interpreting engineering drawings/specifications/blueprints, with ERP knowledge preferably SAP.
