Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and break down meeting and conference spaces to meet customer event needs.
  • •Facilitate room sweeps and walk-throughs, test basic functions, and maintain pass/fail and ticket records.
  • •Support meeting room setups so end users can use equipment including monitors, video conferencing, in-room cameras, microphones, and neat boards.
  • •Troubleshoot and handle repairs including cable replacements, power-cycles, validating components, and managing AV component configurations and part replacements.
  • •Build and maintain AV equipment inventory, monitor conference room health, and maintain facility documentation and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in audiovisual support, integration, meetings, and events (or similar).
  • •Strong audiovisual troubleshooting skills and ability to perform routine testing and problem diagnosis.
  • •Intermediate PC troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of basic audio/video/control signal flow.
  • •Ability to read and use blueprints and audio/video flow diagrams.
  • •Knowledge of network troubleshooting to diagnose static and dynamic IP addresses.
