Associate Director - Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Lead cost management services for a portfolio of large-scale data center construction programs across Northern Virginia. You will manage client relationships, lead internal teams, and oversee quantity surveying, cost control, and change management throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and cost status, track financial performance and KPIs, drive process improvements, and contribute to proposals, RFPs, and business development.
