Job Summary

Lead branch performance in Ottawa by driving top-line sales and margin targets across DEWALT and related categories. Execute marketing promotions and account plans, build strong customer relationships, and provide rolling sales forecasting. Oversee customer experience and service delivery, administer warranty and daily operational processes, and ensure inventory control. Coordinate trade shows and grow parts/repair business while managing budgets and processes to meet objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve top-line sales and standard margin budgets for DEWALT, CPT, Accessories and Outdoor.
•Present and execute marketing promotions and programs, and develop, execute and track account plans for the assigned customer base.
•Develop and nurture account relationships and provide monthly rolling sales and forecast by business.
•Ensure courteous, knowledgeable, efficient service to customers to maximize 100% customer satisfaction, including administering warranty and making day-to-day operational decisions.
•Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and coordinate processes such as cash controls, returns, and paper routines to comply with internal audit standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Graduate of a community college or university with a business major and experience in a sales, marketing, or service environment.
•Highly motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail and I/C environment.
•Strong managerial, organizational and product knowledge with ability to implement sales and marketing programs across channels.
•Effective communication, leadership, negotiation, presentation, and consumer behavioral skills with experience working directly with the public.
•Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite; product application/technical skills are an asset; valid driver’s license with a clean record.
