Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors as a customer advocate in Carvana’s Market Operations. You’ll load and unload cars onto custom haulers, perform safety inspections, complete customer paperwork, and maintain detailed notes in the customer tracking system. The role includes driving in indoor/outdoor conditions, working 11am–9pm with rotating days off, and meeting state licensing requirements such as notary and certain specialty licenses.
