Partner with Operations and Sales to grow the Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air business through technical support and direct efforts. Maintain compliance and safety, manage large projects, and engineer multi-skill training programs while traveling within the Southwest territory to coach technicians and customers.

•Maintain compliance regulations related to the position and stay current on fleet safety procedures.
•Train, coach, and mentor Pump, Power, HVAC, and Compressed Air associates, technicians, territory account managers, and customers on troubleshooting and product knowledge.
•Travel within the Southwest territory to support Pump locations with training, repair, and coaching.
•Develop multi-skill-level Pump training programs for EquipmentShare product specialists and field service mechanics.
•Engineer and manage large projects and assist territory account managers with technical sales applications.
