Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-profile, strategic projects tied to top-level initiatives, including FMRE support for M&A opportunities with regular stakeholder reporting.
  • •Develop and execute real estate strategy by soliciting needs, negotiating real estate transactions across a 5+M sf portfolio, and ensuring the real estate capex process is followed.
  • •Manage and develop the P&I team, align governance objectives across the portfolio, document key processes, and ensure compliant execution.
  • •Coordinate FMRE sustainability activities across the portfolio, connect with regional stakeholders, and ensure sustainability reporting obligations are met.
  • •Manage real estate transactions and related activities (e.g., liaison with Legal and annual rent rolls), and provide counsel to HO FMRE/HR/Workplace and executive site leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • •10+ years of corporate real estate/facilities experience in a complex organization (some in a production environment helpful).
  • •6+ years of progressive experience in leadership roles with ability to motivate teams and influence senior leadership.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO, NFPA, ANSI, and ADA standards.
  • •Professional designations through facilities organizations (BOMI, IFMA) strongly preferred.
