Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people and organizational strategies that enhance culture, performance, and growth.
  • •Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned to regional and global HR objectives and business outcomes.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders (Director+ level) on organizational effectiveness, talent, culture, and risk.
  • •Oversee key HR processes including Individual Talent Conversations (ITC), salary reviews, and the Pulse survey with effective action planning and follow-up.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals; drive organization design, workforce planning, succession strategy, employee relations, and governance.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in complex, multinational organizations.
  • •Proven success partnering with senior executives and influencing business strategy.
  • •Deep expertise in organizational design, transformation, talent strategy, and change leadership.
  • •Experience supporting both corporate and operational workforce environments.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
