Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive improvement of on-time delivery and quality performance at multiple suppliers.
  • •Develop and coordinate quality improvement plans, including root cause identification and corrective actions.
  • •Lead on-site supplier assessments with buyers, quality, and engineering teams to drive supplier improvement.
  • •Identify and remove barriers to implementing CI for suppliers to improve on-time delivery and quality.
  • •Direct production readiness assessments for new product introduction and rate increases, including capacity confirmation, and report supplier progress at executive reviews with senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree in supply chain, business management, or related field plus 8 years’ experience in operations, quality, and/or continuous improvement roles; or an advanced degree with 5 years’ experience.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required (only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract).
  • •Reside within the Midwest, USA area (IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, ND, OH, SD, WI).
  • •Experience with structured project management and problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience initiating, leading, and sustaining change activities at suppliers.
