Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition (12 Month FTC)

Own end-to-end 360 recruitment for hiring across multiple business units, with a focus on product and sales roles. Manage requisitions, serve as the point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, and partner with stakeholders to shape external talent attraction strategies. Screen passive candidates, build and maintain pipelines in CRM, and monitor sourcing performance metrics to improve time-to-fill, pipeline quality, and ATS data integrity.
