  • •Identify hazards, create risk assessments, monitor safety standards, and prevent accidents.
  • •Coordinate health-prevention measures including check-ups and training for employees.
  • •Ensure environmentally friendly production processes and compliance with norms and approvals for structural changes and sustainable resource use.
  • •Ensure legal compliance and quality requirements at the Lyss and Wallisellen sites, including WPK per EN 1090 (EXC2/EXC3), CE conformity (DoP), and complete documentation and traceability.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed technical degree or comparable qualification in construction or mechanical engineering (Bachelor BSc or FH).
  • •Several years of experience in HSEQ/QM within an industrial company.
  • •Knowledge as CE representative for conformity assessment and risk evaluation.
  • •Confident communication in German and good English skills.
  • •Certified as QMB/Auditor (ISO 9001).
