Job Summary

Partner with the field sales team to discover customer business challenges and architectural landscapes, then build world-class integrated solutions using Docusign’s platform and product suite. Deliver engaging, custom demonstrations and technical Q&A to modernize customers’ System of Agreement. Collaborate across sales and internal teams, document requirements, and communicate recommendations and business value to diverse enterprise stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with field sales to cultivate and secure net-new business within an assigned territory and targeted accounts.
•Uncover, comprehend, and document complex business challenges, processes, and enterprise architecture.
•Lead meaningful business and technical conversations with enterprise stakeholders and business unit representatives.
•Establish technical credibility by recommending solutions through product expertise, custom demos, technical Q&A, and product roadmap discussions.
•Articulate recommendations and business value, and work with sales partners/internal teams to deliver a world-class buying experience.

Key Requirements

•Basic experience in a technical pre-sales or sales role selling enterprise-level software.
•BS/BA degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
•Fluent English and Spanish.
•Pre-sales experience with mid-market or enterprise-level SaaS (ideally cloud-based).
•Ability to deliver software demonstrations (in person and virtually) and produce technical business documentation (e.g., workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs).
