Job Summary

Serve as a Field Service Engineer/Customer Engineer liaison, supporting semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom by performing preventative and corrective maintenance. Diagnose complex technical issues using digital analytics and root-cause analysis, working across mechanical precision, robotics, electrotechnics, automation, and vacuum/plasma systems. Coordinate corrective actions with local teams and international centers, document interventions, and provide technical reporting and escalations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for customer production equipment in the cleanroom.
•Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Applied Materials equipment.
•Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting equipment performance.
•Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis; define corrective actions with relevant teams.
•Write detailed intervention reports and present analyses/recommendations to the customer; collaborate on escalations and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Degree from an engineering school or a Master in a technical field such as maintenance, mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation, applied physics, or equivalent.

•Strong diagnostic, analysis, and troubleshooting skills to solve technical problems.
•Fluent English and ability to communicate with technical stakeholders at different levels.
