Job Summary

Lead the Valuation Services team within Private Markets, empowering analysts to deliver ASC 820 fair value valuations for VC/PE funds and early-stage venture-backed companies with complex capital structures. Own portfolio valuation delivery, drive client engagements (data gathering, timeline/deliverable management, audit support), and train analysts and onboard new clients. Collaborate across client engagement, support, and implementation teams, and contribute to improving proprietary valuation models and software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the valuation team through portfolio valuations for VC/PE funds and business valuations for early-stage venture-backed companies in line with ASC 820 and AICPA fair value standards.
•Drive client engagements by gathering and reviewing source data, managing projects, communicating timelines/deliverables, and supporting audits.
•Empower analysts on onboarding by setting up valuations for new clients, leading training on the platform, and helping interpret financial and legal documents.
•Collaborate with valuation analysts, client engagement, and support teams to respond to client requests and resolve inquiries.
•Contribute to the design and enhancement of proprietary models and software platforms used to perform valuations.
