Job Summary

Coordinate shipping and receiving operations by entering finish goods and Ramco receiving program data, maintaining accurate inventory records, and reconciling system counts with physical inventories. Prepare and manage receiving forms, packing lists, bills of lading, and export documentation while performing cycle counts as needed. Partner with Transportation, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Plant supervision to resolve issues affecting shipment releases and production activity. Support warehouse upkeep and assist across areas during absences or special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, distribute, and maintain receiving forms, packing lists, bills of lading, and export documentation.
•Maintain accurate, timely data entry for finish goods inventory programs and the Ramco receiving system for all inventory transactions and adjustments.
•Reconcile inventory system records with physical inventory and perform cycle counts for finish goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies as needed.
•Keep the warehouse clean and organized to protect materials from damage or contamination.
•Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Purchasing and Customer Service and communicate issues affecting releases to ship or production activity.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Good oral and written communication skills.
•Good math skills and basic computer skills.
•Hands-on experience using forklifts and related material handling equipment.
•Strong problem-solving, planning, decision-making, organization, accuracy, and the ability to work unsupervised.
