Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant to ensure continuous production and safety.
•Help maintain electrical equipment through preventive maintenance (PM) procedures and inspections.
•Assist in instituting new control systems and improving electrical processes.
•Research and develop better controls and electrical techniques to optimize operation.
•Track recurring issues and provide solutions to prevent reoccurrence; train operators and maintenance personnel as needed.

Key Requirements

•Industrial Electrician license or Journeyman’s Electrician license with industrial electrical experience and strong schematic reading ability.
•3-5 years of documented experience in a manufacturing/industrial electrical environment preferred.
•Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant and support PM procedures.
•Experience identifying weaknesses in equipment and developing solutions; training operators and maintenance personnel as needed.
•Resume required; willingness to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
