Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of roles (sales, marketing, operations, etc.), ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
•Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build pipelines, and execute effective sourcing strategies at speed while balancing patience for the best candidate.
•Identify and engage top talent through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and events, leveraging your local network.
•Implement structured interview processes and best practices to ensure fairness, efficiency, and data-driven hiring decisions.
•Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (Workable) to streamline recruiting operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 155,000 annually
