Job Summary

Lead a high-calibre AI team while staying hands-on with the design, evaluation, and production deployment of autonomous AI agent systems. Own end-to-end delivery across requirements, architecture, and operations, and establish benchmark-driven, eval-driven development frameworks. Design agent harness infrastructure for stability and reliability, orchestrate LLM reasoning with guardrails, and embed agent capabilities into core products and engineering workflows in close partnership with product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, manage, and develop an AI team; own hiring, growth, and performance across the function.
•Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI agent products across the full lifecycle from requirements and architecture to production operations.
•Establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks and replace manual iteration with quantifiable quality signals.
•Design and implement end-to-end agent harness infrastructure to ensure stability and reliability in real-world scenarios.
•Orchestrate LLM reasoning steps with deterministic guardrails and embed agent capabilities into core products and engineering pipelines.

Key Requirements

•Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
•10+ years of experience in AI/ML research, productization, or platform development, including core technical or leadership roles.
•Deep expertise in LLMs and Generative AI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and recommendation systems.
•A proven track record translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
•End-to-end delivery experience with autonomous AI Agent products from inception and architecture through production operations.
