Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute supplier and outsourcing strategies aligned with growth plans.
  • •Onboard suppliers and contract manufacturers, maintain key supplier relationships, and monitor supplier performance.
  • •Lead make-or-buy analyses and outsourcing decisions, define outsourcing frameworks, and manage production transitions between in-house and external partners.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects for supplier transitions and supply chain optimization, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • •Identify supply risks, drive performance improvements through KPIs and structured reviews, and ensure contractual, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in project management.
  • •Experience in outsourcing and procurement management is preferred.
  • •Master or Bachelor level in an appropriate science.
  • •Fluent in Finnish and English.
  • •Strong coordination, influencing, and negotiation skills with financial understanding related to projects.
