Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the asset program strategy, roadmap, and operating model, including cross-functional governance with Finance, Procurement, and Security.
  • •Establish and enforce hardware governance and persona-based device standards, including customization and exception governance.
  • •Drive hardware lifecycle controls to ensure asset data accuracy from request/procurement through deployment, recovery, refresh, and secure disposal.
  • •Integrate asset management with discovery, endpoint management, identity, CMDB, procurement, and disposition systems; align asset data with ITSM processes.
  • •Lead hardware asset financial planning and reconciliation, and report KPIs/dashboards to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 81,000 - 145,200 annually

  • •7+ years owning enterprise asset management programs end-to-end with accountable outcomes over multiple years.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
  • •Demonstrated experience at large enterprise scale (e.g., 50,000+ managed assets) with complex stakeholder management.
  • •Hands-on experience integrating and governing CMDB/ServiceNow data, including data hygiene and accuracy.
