Support the HR recruiting team for Hirslanden Bern across multiple clinics and centers. You help with administrative recruiting tasks such as pre-screening applications, drafting job ads, and coordinating clarification calls and interview scheduling. With fit and interest, you’ll gradually take on end-to-end recruiting responsibilities, including conducting interviews, while assisting onboarding and the ongoing development of benefits.
