Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Director Global FP&A and the Executive Leadership team.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of routine financial reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadences, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • •Standardize management-ready outputs such as GM bridge, EBITDA variance, and ad-hoc report building.
  • •Coordinate with Business Unit finance teams and planning application users through forecasting and reporting; develop templates, guidance, and calendars.
  • •Partner with Data Analytics to improve data quality and support development of new analytics tools and reporting solutions, including automation and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree.
  • •10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • •Executive-level leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • •Proven ability to develop and mentor team members and influence across organizational levels.
