Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day operational support to production managers across key production tasks.
  • •Set up and coordinate kick-off and ongoing production meetings internally and externally, including for co-productions.
  • •Identify and curate production staff/crew, filming locations, and vendors; support schedule, budget, and script breakdown activities.
  • •Onboard production companies and freelance producers to Netflix systems/tools and maintain production data, resources, and documents.
  • •Research vendors for cost efficiencies, troubleshoot schedule changes, facilitate partner training, and act as a liaison between internal and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years on-set experience as a Producer or 5+ years as an Assistant Producer in scripted (film/series) content production.

  • •Ability to respond after hours for important, timely, or urgent matters.
