Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AML, sanctions, fraud, transaction monitoring, screening, and KYC/EDD platforms.
  • •Lead fin crime system transformation by enhancing compliance applications, integrations, and automation across monitoring, screening, alert generation, case management, and investigations.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution with engineering, operations, compliance, product, analytics, and business teams in a highly matrixed environment to deliver value.
  • •Manage Agile delivery: maintain backlogs (user stories, epics, features), facilitate sprint planning, and use JIRA/JIRA Align to track execution.
  • •Conduct thorough UAT for client integrations and new features (frontend and backend/API), including defining scope and objectives, executing test cases, and driving defect resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
  • •Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AML, sanctions, fraud, transaction monitoring, screening, KYC, CDD, and EDD platforms aligned to business and regulatory priorities.
  • •Lead transformation of fin crime systems via enhanced compliance applications, third-party integrations, and automation across monitoring, sanctions screening, adverse media analysis, alert generation, case management, and investigations.
  • •Deliver cross-functional execution for scalable, future-ready compliance solutions that optimize alert dispositioning, strengthen risk detection, ensure regulatory adherence, and improve end-to-end AML lifecycle efficiency.
  • •Strong technical background including API/service design and integration, SQL/data querying, and ability to define and validate UAT for client integrations and new features (frontend/backend/API).
