Job Summary

Ensure the quality and uptime/availability of an enterprise software ecosystem by creating and maintaining QA documentation, test plans, test cases, and results. Execute functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related platforms such as ServiceNow, CPQ SaaS, and subscription billing. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify test conditions, track bugs, and report progress in an Agile Scrum/Kanban environment.

•Develop and continuously improve test execution, ensuring transparency and efficiency in the QA process.
•Create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test plans, test cases, results, and reports.
•Identify positive and negative test conditions from user stories, backlog items, and technical documentation.
•Execute test cases, document results, track bugs, and report progress to stakeholders.
•Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure quality across releases.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software testing experience.
•Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC with core testing techniques.
•Experience with functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing.
•Hands-on bug tracking and test management tools such as Microsoft ADO, Jira, or Zephyr.
•Database experience with SQL and ability to use browser DevTools for debugging and network inspection.
