Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to assessing client environments and challenges, applying a structured approach to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions and benefits.
  • •Support development, implementation, and optimisation of PMO and controls & performance strategies, including functional set-up and optimisation.
  • •Define and write-up reports to support findings and recommendations across engagement stages.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with Sr. (C-suite) client representatives.
  • •Deploy and tailor established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, contributing to continuous improvement and successful adoption of outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre with relevant industry experience (Master’s degree or equivalent experience desirable).
  • •Experience on major capital projects/programmes covering one or more PMO/controls & performance roles (schedule, cost, risk, change or performance reporting) in the Infrastructure sector or similar.
  • •Familiarity with supporting capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery businesses, PMO, controls & performance, or a specific function.
  • •Experience writing/presenting reports and navigating complex stakeholder environments, engaging with C-suite level executive client teams.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and tools such as Visio, Miro, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and/or controls & performance software like Oracle Primavera, PRISM, or Power BI.
