Key Responsibilities

•Own the objectives of stakeholders and determine solutions to meet them: organize, plan, cost, and quality.
•Construct the solution with project teams and HW disciplines, coordinating across multi-team interfaces.
•Lead the project with proactive deviation detection and mitigation planning.
•Maintain a strong technical, calendar, resources and quality relationship with the lead discipline owner.
•Publish concise project reporting and actively engage in development and industrialization activities across multi-disciplinary HW work.

Key Requirements

•A engineering degree with proven experience leading hardware development programs in constrained environments such as aeronautics, automotive, or space.
•Experience in systems engineering and managing multi-disciplinary projects (Delivery, System, IVV, and Industrialisation) with a strong grasp of project planning, cost, and schedule management.
•Demonstrated ability to orchestrate teams across HW, MNT, Industrialisation, and software low-level interfaces, with a focus on technical execution and coordination.
•Excellent communication, synthesis, and stakeholder management skills; autonomous, adaptable, and able to lead with rigor in a collaborative setting.
•Willingness to travel occasionally within France and to engage across multiple engineering disciplines to deliver complex solutions.
