Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend phone line queues and service clients via phone and email efficiently within established guidelines in both languages.
  • •Receive and execute buy/sell orders for equities, options, fixed income, structured products, mutual funds, and foreign currency.
  • •Perform brokerage account servicing and account maintenance upon client requests, including initiating forms such as IRA distributions, ACH, and journal entries.
  • •Support tax reporting and Premier brokerage trade inquiry/correction requests, including corporate reorg election completion.
  • •Review and analyze trade and document reports for accuracy, maintain desk activity records, and support Middle Office, Operations, Sales Management, and Regulatory Compliance with regulatory inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the financial services industry or equivalent.
  • •Strong knowledge of investment products, markets, regulations, and service providers in the role’s area of responsibility.
  • •Well-spoken and well written with a people-focused attitude.
  • •Ability to manage multiple changing priorities with tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
  • •Licensed Registered Representative, Series 7 and Series 66 mandatory (S63/65 preferred).
