Job Summary

Own and manage the product backlog for product data capabilities supporting Aftermarket operations and analytics. Translate business needs from MRO, Finance, Customer Support, Engineering, and Data Governance into requirements and acceptance criteria, define MVPs and phased delivery, and partner with IT/Digital teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Enable data governance standards and workflows, support investigation and resolution of data discrepancies across ERP/MRO/CRM, and communicate priorities, timelines, and metrics to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the product backlog for product data capabilities supporting Aftermarket operations and analytics.
•Translate business requirements into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, structuring backlog items by business value, effort, and dependencies.
•Define MVPs and phased delivery approaches for data governance, quality, and remediation solutions; partner with IT/Digital teams for timely execution.
•Support data governance enablement, including standards, definitions, quality rules, and approval workflows, working with data stewards.
•Enable tooling and workflows to investigate and resolve product data discrepancies across ERP/MRO/CRM and translate root-cause findings into product improvements and controls.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
•5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role supporting data, ERP, or operational systems.
•Experience with data, data governance, or data quality processes in a manufacturing or regulated environment.
•Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system and process solutions.
•Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
