Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA to support clients’ skill development, communication, and independence. Implement individualized treatment plans, collect and record accurate session data, and help meet behavior-reduction and skill-building goals. Build positive rapport with clients and families while maintaining professionalism, and participate in ongoing training and professional development in ABA and special education.
