Job Summary

Support CCS procurement packages across Feed and EPC phases until project delivery. Build and execute sourcing plans aligned with the project procurement strategy, ensuring deliveries meet cost, HSSE, and quality timelines. Collaborate with suppliers and internal SLBC functions (engineering, legal/compliance, construction, HSSEQ) to select technically and commercially strong opportunities with low compliance risk. Use SAP S4H, Ariba, and VIM to manage contract workflows, claims, and follow-up execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Join project procurement teams from Feed and EPC phase through to project delivery.
•Build sourcing and execution platform for CCS procurement packages in line with the project procurement strategy.
•Implement procurement strategy to ensure items and service deliveries meet cost, HSSE, and quality requirements within agreed delivery time.
•Cooperate with suppliers to maximize use of available industry products and standard solutions, supporting category management priorities.
•Work with SLBC functions (project engineering, legal & compliance, construction, HSSEQ) to select best technical and commercial opportunities with low compliance risk.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of relevant procurement and sourcing experience, including procurement packages with medium to high technical complexity.
•Experience preparing RFQs, handling clarifications and negotiations, administering contracts (e.g., VORs, claims), and following execution through to delivery.
•Comfort working in EPC package execution environments and collaborating with PRE and other project support functions in 1-1 technical discussions.
•SAP Procurement knowledge (S4H), plus Ariba contract management and VIM (invoicing and PO close out).
•Strong contractual understanding, including reviewing and negotiating contractual documents in coordination with other functions.
