People Partner, DC Operations

Partner with data center operations leadership across sites to drive org design, performance, and people programs for a 24/7 operation. Support site leaders with shift workforce management, including scheduling models, fatigue, and retention. Handle employee relations for a distributed hourly and salaried workforce, ensuring cases are managed fairly and quickly. Build onsite, shift-based, safety-adjacent people programs suited to data center environments, and travel to sites to be impactful.
