Showroom Manager

Lead day-to-day operations for a 4,000 sq ft Bath, Kitchen & Lighting showroom, overseeing a team of four associates and driving customer service and sales. Supervise showroom traffic, assist both appointment and walk-in customers, and work with suppliers to resolve complaints. Manage showroom displays, clearance center activities, revenue growth, margin enhancement, and budget expense reviews while representing Ferguson at local industry events.
