Job Summary

Lead the APAC Analytics team driving the region’s product roadmap with KPI ownership, measurement, and actionable insights. Partner daily with Product, Banking, and Engineering leaders to refine the analytical vision and execute cross-functional plans. Manage and coach a team of ~10 product analysts, develop predictive/AI opportunities, and influence org-level change across diverse APAC countries in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the APAC squad with data and insights to address key regional challenges and build relevant KPIs for accountability.
•Develop, coach, and support a high-performing analytics team, enabling them to influence the APAC strategic roadmap.
•Refine the analytical vision and plan for APAC and contribute to the Regional Analytics strategy globally.
•Partner with Product, Banking, and Engineering leaders to drive the product roadmap and robust measurement of work impact.
•Help identify insights to inform APAC planning and enhance customer experience across diverse countries in the region.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 230,000 - 318,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience leading analytics teams in fast-paced, scaling global companies (ideally 10+ people, including other leads).
•Ability to simplify complex problems by building and communicating insights with data to drive org-level change.
•Proven experience leading, developing, supporting, and growing analysts to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or R), including scripting/coding and coaching others.
•Experience co-owning projects around KPIs and planning to deliver measurable impact.
