Project Director - Earthwork and Utilities

Lead the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of enabling infrastructure and utilities for a new UK entertainment resort. Direct a multi-department project team and manage scope, schedule, budgets, procurement, stakeholder engagement, and document control. Oversee key workstreams such as mass grading, water management, environmental mitigation, energy and water facilities, and coordinate with statutory undertakers to deliver within quality, safety, and guest experience targets.
