OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Plan, allocate, and manage Offshore/Onshore operation resources to ensure constructions meet contractual requirements efficiently and cost-effectively. Coordinate and direct site construction activities, review contracts and engineering documentation, and oversee project-specific procedures. Manage subcontractor scope, client deliverables, job instructions, and variation proposals while adjusting project schedules and evaluating resource usage. Supervise construction/field engineers and coordinate activities, permits, client approvals, and supplier/subcontractor mobilisation.
