Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform analysis of business issues, recommend solutions, and define requirements while ensuring business needs and IT controls are met.
  • •Work with Product Manager and Product Owner to align on cross-team impacts, effort estimates for Epics/Features, timelines, and dependencies.
  • •Create use cases and user stories with development and business teams to support successful implementation.
  • •Analyze opportunities to improve application reliability and reduce risk, including implementing solutions with IT and business partners.
  • •Consolidate functional scope into documented stories, data and system flows; facilitate backlog refinement and maintain evergreen documentation while supporting compliance vulnerability remediation and audit activities.

Key Requirements
