  • •Provide support for Raytheon program proposals with Supply Chain Logistics & Property Management scope.
  • •Manage the LPM Capture Team of 4 direct reports plus supporting SMEs to support proposal work.
  • •Develop and maintain metrics for planning, forecasting, and monitoring the Logistics and Property Management proposal pipeline.
  • •Develop and deploy strategies to improve process efficiency and accuracy across proposal processes.
  • •Maintain property contract records (PCIR), analyze program quality records (PQR) for impacts, support Program Gate C & D actions, and communicate property terms and conditions to the Property Management Execution Team.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 7 years’ experience.
  • •Experience in Property Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, and/or Finance.
  • •Experience preparing proposals and generating 15-2 compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs), including mathematical calculations for Logistics and Property Management support.
  • •Experience with Request for Proposals (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW), contract analysis, and other contract vehicles.
  • •Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
