Key Responsibilities

  • •Support CIB’s risk agenda with timely completion of customer due diligence (CDD).
  • •Oversee CDD activity across the CIB Channel Islands and Isle of Man business.
  • •Set the Business Banking credit proposition with robust oversight of policies, procedures, processes, models, and collateral.
  • •Manage client money account reviews to ensure timely completion of required actions.
  • •Approve new-to-bank and existing PEP relationships under the JFSC SMF Category 3 regime and embed internal controls and compliance processes, including audit/regulatory follow-up.
