Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as liaison with technology providers to develop/manage implementation project plans and configuration processes.
  • •Analyze and gather business requirements for multiple initiatives, prioritize user stories, and provide risk analysis with supporting project documentation in Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders for timelines; review/approve product design, oversee QA, review/prioritize defects, and manage build sign-off and implementations.
  • •Perform user acceptance testing for application software upgrades and maintenance.
