Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a strategic partner to CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Architects at Fortune 1000 companies, helping shape their enterprise transformation through AI and the Salesforce platform.
•Define scalable architectural patterns for end-to-end implementation of the Salesforce suite, including AI, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, and integration technologies.
•Lead architectural modernization efforts, bridging legacy enterprise systems with modern cloud-native infrastructure and AI services.
•Champion the use of trusted AI to transform workflows, automate decision-making, and personalize enterprise experiences at scale.
•Establish and grow a global community of Salesforce architects across customers, system integrators (SIs), and ISVs to share best practices, patterns, and platform innovation.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, or technical advisory roles, with significant focus on cloud transformation and AI integration.
•Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, including Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Industry Cloud implementations at global scale.
•Track record of executive engagement and influence with C-level leadership at Fortune 1000 companies.
•Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including predictive modeling, LLMs, automation, and ethical AI practices in enterprise settings.
•Strong understanding of data governance, integration patterns, and multi-org / hybrid cloud architectures.
