Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive data gathering, analysis, and reporting to support pre-season and in-season allocation decisions, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • •Build reports and visualizations in Excel, Tableau, and/or Power BI to generate insights and enable effective decision-making.
  • •Assess cross-functional dependencies and downstream impacts to develop well-informed, aligned, and executable allocation recommendations.
  • •Partner with teams across sourcing development, supply planning, materials sourcing, costing, and product development to gather inputs and support allocation decisions.
  • •Support the Allocation Senior Manager in executing allocation strategies and translating plans into operational actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in any field.
  • •Experience in operations, procurement, supply chain, business analysis, or a related analytical role; fresh graduates with strong analytical capabilities are encouraged.
  • •Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup.
  • •Working knowledge of at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication in English, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking skills.
