  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of the Helix SAP S/4HANA Finance RTR transformation across global business and corporate functions.
  • •Provide deputy leadership to the Sr Director Finance Project Management with strategic recommendations and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • •Drive program planning and execution by managing scope, priorities, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • •Lead SAFe Agile practices (PI planning, sprint execution, dependency management, performance tracking) and manage governance/backlog/risk/issues reporting in Jira.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead RTR process transformation (e.g., General Ledger, Close, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Costing, Tax, Treasury, Reporting) while embedding SOX/security/audit controls and driving change/adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading complex global business or ERP transformation programs with governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery execution.
  • •Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA Finance/RTR implementations, including accounting, controls, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • •Success driving SAFe Agile delivery and Jira-based program management with cross-functional execution in large-scale environments.
  • •Strong organizational change management, executive communication, and ability to use AI-enabled productivity capabilities.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree and/or relevant certifications (SAFe, PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
